Our Elderflower Gin is handcrafted and small batch distilled in Queenstown, New Zealand at Peaked Distillery using pure water sourced from a mountain reservoir and wild foraged, handpicked elderflowers from the Wakatipu Basin surrounding Queenstown. This gin has flavours of sweet floral elderflower and citrus to balance out classic gin botanicals. A versatile gin which works well in your favourite cocktail or with tonic and a twist of citrus
